What worth is my life if I am not able to experience the small pleasures of life such as eating that cupcake which everyone is gorging on at the Independence Day picnic in the park? Some people just go bonkers trying to live a so-called healthy life. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Women are so obsessed with their weights that for them that is the <span id="more-153"></span>be all and end all objective of their lives. Don&rsquo;t take me wrong, of course it is of utmost importance to keep your weight in check but what kind of achievement is it to have a size zero figure by sustaining yourself on only fresh air and water? Unless your looks are your means for you earning your bread and butter, why the manic concern about adding 100 grams here or there and why is everyone so worried about the appearance of getting old and things like <a href="http://www.courthouseclinics.com/women/surgical/body/varicose-vein-surgery">varicose vein</a>? It happens to everyone! </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Who says you cannot have your share of desserts and fast food? Your taste buds just need to be tricked by allowing yourself to taste everything and having it in moderation. Keep track of what you are eating, if you have had more of something than what you should have then balance it out with leveling it with your next meal and physical activity.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Know your family history and attune your eating habits and exercise routine to ensure you guard yourself from ailments which inflict the rest of your family. Going to the gym is not the only way people can remain fit, some studies say those who take a walk every day for at least 45 minutes out in the open are those who live a healthier life. </p>

When it is all gone we are left with you, me, the air we breath and the beautiful planet we live upon.<br />This is what I did and I tried to focus on that what we can learn and take from <span id="more-125"></span>this to ensure I live a healthy and fit lifestyle with what nature has given us and in a way nature intended. <br />This essentially boiled down to my diet and my exercise.<br />Being in my forties I became already knew how hard it was to stay trim and fit. I started eating less and visiting the gym a little more and I began running regularly. This showed some positive results but I felt I could do more. I also felt I could do it better, cleaner, more naturally.<br />Looking at how humans have evolved and how technology has taken over it was easy to see that the diet we eat today was not designed for us and that there is a huge amount of misinformation out there. I took a leap of faith after discovering variants of the Atkins diet and I went back to what our ancestors ate, what we are designed to eat. My diet became dominated by fat, in fact over half my diet is now fat with the rest mostly protein and hardly any carbohydrates. <br />The results were amazing. I essentially went from burning sugar as my main fuel source to burning fat and the body fat I had been holding on to for sol long just started to melt away.<br />With the results I was getting I was inspired to further seek out nature in my fitness regime and now love to run barefoot by the local river and through the woods. Yes I have to be careful not to tread on anything and I would not recommend it lightly however the feeling of being at one with nature is one I would not swap. I vary my running from slow to sprint in the same way a hunter gatherer would from 100,000 years back and I regularly stop to exercise with logs and branches. <br />I have never felt better in my life, I have never, I am sure, been healthier and I definitely would not swap my diet, my natural gym and especially my results for a burger and chips and a sofa after the exercise bike.<br />Best of all&#8230; I have that elusive six-pack!</p>
